Hello,
I am encountering a serious problem. I created an account on the site: https://www.actionlogement.fr/
I go to https://al-in.fr/#/connexion-demandeur, then I go to "My Situation". I already have a NUR-NUD number, I select yes, I enter my unique registration number with 18 digits, and it tells me "Incorrect format".
I typed the number 20 times, I copied and pasted, nothing works, I keep getting that darn message. I changed browsers, switched computers, used a VPN, but I still cannot access my situation.
What can I do?

By the way, these are just suggestions...
Sometimes, on certain websites, you must not use the numeric keypad to enter a number, but the digits from the keyboard (thus accessible by using the shift key)...
In other cases, when there are spaces in the number, you should not input them... or on the contrary, take them into account....
If it still doesn't work... check if the issue is mentioned in their FAQ (if they have one, I haven't checked...) and/or ask them the question via a contact form (often at the bottom of the page, but I haven't checked that either)
