All paragraphs are considered as titles.

Hello,

I have a surprising problem; all the paragraphs in my Word document are treated as if they have the title style, even though they are set to normal or body text. But as a result, they all appear in my navigation pane, as heading level 1.
How can I fix this?

    Make VIEW/Outline
    Select All (ctrl+A)
    In the box at the top left, replace "Level 1" with "Body Text"
    Click on the red button [Close Outline Mode] on the right
