Hello,

I framed a title in a Word document but I can't get out of the frame to continue writing. How can I get out of it?
I don't like being trapped!!!

Hello

Select the paragraph(s) where you no longer want to be trapped! ;)
Format / Borders -> none (path according to your version)

And in the future, develop good habits:
1) Enter ALL your text without going back.
2) Start from the beginning to correct spelling/grammar mistakes and typos.
3) Format your text (italics, bold, underline, size, colorindentation, alignment, line spacing, spacing, borders, line breaks / paragraphs / sections / pages) as well as headers and footers.

By doing it this way, you avoid wasting time, getting frustrated, and issues like the one you mentioned.
