Hello,

I don't know what to do anymore... I bought a smartwatch for my daughter, followed all the instructions for the SIM card, but I feel like there's really a problem with the IMEI number. As soon as I enter it in the app to add the watch, it shows me this message: device number already registered, please contact your agent for restoration. I wrote to the seller via Amazon but got no response... I'm desperate... Does anyone have a solution?

Did you activate the SIM card on a phone before inserting it into the watch, by disabling access with a password?
