Hello,

I have a problem with recording and communicating over the internet, however, I can hear... My Thomson THN14N120 PC, Windows 10 64 bits. In the device manager, there are no exclamation points.
I don't know if it's related, but I couldn't update Windows update, so I reset it. And since I didn't have enough space, I put some files on an external hard drive and I can't get them back on the PC... What a hassle...
Thank you for your help.
Best regards

Configuration: Windows / Edge 90.0.818.51

Hello. Just by reading the brand of your PC (I’m not even sure we can still call these things PCs), I sensed the problem.
If it's a 32GB eMMC version, wait for the 21H1 release (in a few days) and reinstall Windows.
If you're lucky enough to have the 64GB version, check how much space is available; if you’ve cleaned up, the updates should go through.
