Hello,

I have a problem with my SFR Netgem 7600 gray TV TNT/HD decoder adapter, which has three indicators located on the left on the front panel.

The synchronization sequence starts correctly with the initial lighting of the three RED-GREEN-YELLOW indicators placed from left to right. Then the YELLOW indicator turns off, and the GREEN indicator (in the middle) starts blinking for about 1 minute and 15 seconds, and once the synchronization is complete, only the RED and GREEN indicators should remain lit.
This is indeed not the case, as after the GREEN indicator turns off for a few seconds, a new synchronization sequence starts with the YELLOW indicator turning off and the GREEN indicator blinking, and this goes on indefinitely.

What should be the solution to the problem?

Thank you for your response.

    Hello,
Try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

    Good evening

I would like to, but there is nothing to make it possible.
This happens when you plug in the box, before turning on the television. This box has a slot to insert an SFR card (like a bank card).

    Hello

I know that I need to have a valid card, and I do, and I’m working with CPLs to the NB4 box.

The problem comes from the decoder provided with the box, but I don’t know why. I think it has had its "time," and I would like to know how to get it replaced by my provider SFR.

    Thank you.
