Programming on the TNT decoder LISTO-T2-808

Hello,

I'm trying to program on the TNT decoder LISTO-T2-808:

Once - programming - Channel - Program date - Start time - Duration - Save, OK and Exit -

and then, when the time comes, nothing is recorded
the TV/decoder does change the channel correctly, but the program does not start (however, I have no problem with "ongoing recording")

am I forgetting to do an extra step at the end of the programming?
can someone help me please?

    What you're doing seems to be in line with what this notice recommends on page 24:

    But you can try to do a reset: go to installation menu and then "Factory reset," but you will have to reinstall everything, see page 19
