Hello,
I just bought an ASUS TUF DASH F15 (FX516PM) laptop.
The keyboard backlight is not working, I tried the FN+F3/FN+F4 key combinations, I went into the ASUS Armory Crate software and AURA (everything is set to ON and 100%) but nothing works, no backlight...
My drivers are all up to date.
I checked the ASUS website to see if there was an ATK driver for this PC, but there isn't one.
The backlight has never worked, it doesn't even light up during a restart (before Windows loads).
I'm stuck.
