I ran scans with Avira, WD, and Malwarebytes, but nothing abnormal was found. And everything was fine until today.
Alright, so they would have blocked the connection attempts coming from my router? I forgot to mention that I tried to connect with other PCs and the result is still the same :/
Yes, I contacted them via their customer service number. My question is more about the origin of the blockage; is it coming from the PC or the router? It was more out of curiosity than anything else. I should receive an email within 48 hours, normally.

Idem for me, I'm also stuck, no way to validate the receipt of a product. The seller is waiting for my confirmation of receipt of the product and there's no way to access their site.
But maybe it's also about your behavior on their site from the beginning...
