Hello, I'm reaching out to you because I have a little problem with my arms.
Since today, I can't log into my Rakuten account, and when I click on "log in," this page appears:

I ran scans with Avira, WD, and Malwarebytes, but nothing abnormal was found.
And everything was fine until today.

you must have done things that they didn't like, you'll need to contact them through another channel, maybe an email.

Alright, so they would have blocked the connection attempts coming from my router? I forgot to mention that I tried to connect with other PCs and the result is still the same :/

I didn't talk about your box, through another means, I mean in a way other than their website.

Yes, I contacted them via their customer service number. My question is more about the origin of the blockage; is it coming from the PC or the router? It was more out of curiosity than anything else. I should receive an email within 48 hours, normally.

Don't search for it, it comes from them, that's all.
But maybe it's also about your behavior on their site from the beginning...

I would be very surprised; I've been using their site without any issues for years, and suddenly there's a problem.
Anyway, I contacted them; I'll wait to see their response.

Idem for me, I'm also stuck, no way to validate the receipt of a product. The seller is waiting for my confirmation of receipt of the product and there's no way to access their site.
