Is your ameli Social Security login blocked?

Hello,

I can't log into my ameli social security account. It says: For security reasons, access to your ameli account is blocked until Tuesday, August 1, 2023, 9:51 PM (Paris time). If you're not sure of your password, click on the "Forgot password?" link below. And when I try to change my password, it says: Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again later...

This is to check if my supplementary health insurance is linked via teletransmission with the CPAM that covers me.

    Good evening,

    Please try again later ...

In this case, you will need to try again later and be patient.

Only the site administrators are able to unlock it.

You can also log in to Ameli via FranceConnect using the identifier of another recognized organization.

      Hello,

It is indeed a good theoretical idea aimed at avoiding the multiplication of logins and passwords for the relevant administrative services, but it seems that security measures also targeted France Connect, making it impossible to connect to ameli using another identifier.

History does not tell us; there is always a latency period in administration. We don't know if ameli will join the France Connect+ platform, which is better secured, just like the CPF account, and for the same reasons (to prevent fraud).

Indeed, we can no longer connect to Ameli through France Connect

for the moment, perhaps permanently through service-public.fr

I just had this bitter experience.

        And an error message!!!

        See you!

    Hello,

I had the same problem today.

As reported by brucine, the CPAM (Ameli) has increased security for the password, which requires changing it, as there have been too many Ameli accounts hacked recently.

Hence this increased security with additionally a verification code to be received after entering the password and your social security number to log into your Ameli account.

Microsoft had already taken this measure to prevent account hacking.

    So it's the same principle.

I have changed (renewed) my password for my Ameli account.

Followed the instructions to the letter:

    -----------------------------------------

    Captcha:

For the next step of the captcha, you need to pay attention because there are mostly uppercase letters to type in the captcha.

    -------------------------------------------

Once that is done correctly, an email (or SMS) will be sent to log in, I chose messaging in my case.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------

I then log into my Ameli account with my new password, confirmed by a security code received by email.

    --------------------------

    And patata!!!

The Ameli account gives an error.

    -----------------------------------------

So, I cleared my browser's history to see if that would help.

how to delete your browsing history

And I finally managed to log into the Ameli account.

    See you+

    Hello,

I followed the procedure described, and I was able to log in a few days ago.

    Hello,

Note that ameli strengthened its security measures last month and sent an email to all insured individuals to that effect...provided they have registered an email address.

If this security address has not been registered to confirm the connection, it's a vicious cycle, but intervention should not be through Internet links but rather through the ameli mobile application for Android/iOS, or by phone at 3646.

On the substance, the request seems relevant only if one has just changed their social security fund or mutual insurance and wants to verify whether the transfer has been completed or not; if previously one did not have mutual insurance (or always had one but never questioned it even though the information is on the reimbursement slips), it is necessary to start by asking this mutual insurance if they apply the Noémie procedure or not.
