Battletron headset detected but the sound is not working anymore. (Mobile)

-- First of all, my headphones worked perfectly until the sound was low, so I turned the volume up to maximum. A few minutes later, the headphones were detected but produced no sound. I tried everything by searching for solutions on Google, none of them worked, going into the settings and adjusting, etc... If you have a solution, please feel free to respond.

So actually, I didn't pay attention, but there's a button on the back left of your headset, and you have to roll it up for sound to come out. (If your headset has been detected and no sound is coming out)

It's actually that there's a button on the back left of your headset that you need to roll up for it to work; it's actually a volume control on the headset.
