More notification sound Message

Hello,

I just noticed that I no longer receive notification sounds for emails and SMS when my screen is in Sleep mode. Indeed, it only works if I keep the phone constantly on my home screen.

If someone could help me please, thank you very much.

    Weird!

    Check in settings/notifications/click on the message icon/make sure all the switches are blue...

    Same for email

      Hello,

      I don't want any pop-up notifications or on the lock screen, so I haven't turned on the blue switch.

      The problem is not resolved either. I'm receiving emails and SMS, but there's no sound when the phone is in standby with the screen off. I have to keep the screen on constantly to hear the notification sound. I know I had a major update recently, so I'm not sure if this is part of a bug caused by that update. I've also checked other updates in the Play Store, everything is up to date.

      I don't know why I don't have any sound; it's annoying because I'm missing important SMS and emails.
