Upload speed issue with fiber on Stormshield network in 210

Hello,
We have an upload speed issue on our network with 15 computers on a Stormshield SN210. The upload speed is very good when connecting a computer directly to the Livebox 4, reaching 300 Mbps, but it drops to 3 Mbps on the networked computers behind the Stormshield. Do you have any idea where the problem could come from? Thank you

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.0.3

    Hi,
you probably need to check that with the people who manage the firewall.

Hello, I have the exact same issue, have you found a solution?

I'm starting to encounter this type of problem with some fiber clients using SN210s. Apparently, there are issues with the interface and autonegotiation.
On one of the SNs, I managed to resolve it by configuring the internet box on a different interface. However, with the clients where all three interfaces are being used, I couldn't perform the test.

      For now, 2 options:
      1) set the interface that the box is connected to at 100mb full instead of auto-negotiation. Admittedly, this "throttles" your internet to 100mb, but there will be no more packet loss and at least you have 100mb
      2) configure another available interface (like DMZ) as an outbound interface and connect your box to it
      3) I am currently requesting a hardware replacement from Stormshield through the mystormshield page. The procedure is ongoing; so far, they have asked me to run ping tests to my gateway and I am only getting 53% of the packets delivered when I am on auto-negotiation, whereas in 100mb full, there is no packet loss (but limited to 100mb while we are on a 1000mb fiber connection)
      To be continued

      Hi,
we're far from the initial question, but this would be a wiring issue.

What is the initial question? Upload speed issues on machines behind the sn210 while there is no problem when connected directly to the box.

If this is indeed the initial question, I perfectly answer it because I encounter EXACTLY this problem with several clients and after investigation, it is an issue with the out interface of the storm to which the box is connected for speeds >100mb.

      No,
it's already only about upload and a speed of 3 Mbps, which is far from 100.
In Ethernet, the speed is the same in both directions and so are the transmission errors.

So let's wait for Bruno's opinion who has a problem and that I can help. For information, at one of my clients with a 1000mb fiber connection, we only had 0.1mb upload on the LAN and 970mb when connecting directly to the box. After changing the interface on the storm, we now have 1000mb upload to the internet from the local network workstations (which were at 0.1 before the operation).
