Good evening,
If you know the sender of this file, ask them questions about the content of this file.
If you do not know the sender of this file, throw everything in the trash, the complete email and its attachment, then empty the trash.
Best regards.

I received an electronically signed file by email with the .csig extension
I can't open it, what should I do?

I know the sender, it's my girlfriend. We're testing electronic signatures.
She signed some random Word document with an app provided by the Spanish government, and this app creates a file with the .csig extension, and we don't know how to open it.

OK - so a "random" Word document - signed by a process we know nothing about, and with an app provided by the Spanish government... aside from the fact that the Word document is random, we don't know which "app provided by the Spanish government" it is... should we be able to provide a solution?
wouldn't it be wise to ask the "friend" about the content of this file, and the publisher of the app provided by the Spanish government? ...
in short, this problem is not very clear ...
