My PC doesn't recognize my monitor!

I tested my computer on a TV and another screen, both via HDMI, and it doesn't work.
My current PC only works with DVI for a reason I don't understand...

What is this PC, what model or components?

At one point, I had the HDMI on the PS5 and the PC on the display, it doesn't change anything. The giant sleeps ^^

Stay in DVI for what follows.
Download this program:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/nv-uefi-update-x64/
It will indicate whether your GPU has an update to do or not. This is not about the driver, it’s a firmware update for the card itself due to issues with the DP port.

Then try outputting through Display
(and HDMI to see)

Is this graphics card new or used?
Have the ports ever worked or not at all?

In your device manager, do you have any alerts?

In the program related to the graphics card, is there any line to enable or disable specific outputs?

Personally, I don’t know if a specific setting exists.

Unplug it from the power supply
Open the PC
Remove the BIOS battery (flat round one on the motherboard)
Hold the power button for 1 minute
Put the battery back in place, close it up, plug it back in and test.

(Note, this will reset the time, date, and BIOS settings to default, so you'll need to redo them if you had any. The main goal is to force the PC to re-recognize its hardware environment)

If you have another PC, you could also test your GPU in it.

We don't know if it has ever worked at all, which raises doubt, and if it's still under warranty, we need to identify the problem for possible returns or not.
