Livebox won't turn on anymore

Hello,

Hello, my box is no longer turning on, so there's no landline or internet. I contacted Orange 8 days ago and I'm waiting for the technician. I have changed the socket. Thank you for your response, I am from the third generation. Thank you.

Configuration: iPad / Safari 9.0

    Why did you post in the Freebox forum if you are waiting for an Orange technician?
