Percentage rises and falls on its own

Hello, I bought a Samsung Galaxy A10e about six months ago, yesterday I finished charging it at 86% and as soon as I opened it, it was at 99%. It has been doing this kind of thing for three weeks now, please help me, thank you.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 88.0.4324.152

    When a battery is left discharged too often or for too long, it becomes less effective.

    Thank you for getting back to me. My smartphone doesn't stay charged for long; however, I often let it discharge. What do you recommend?

    When it no longer holds its charge, you can have it replaced.

    Otherwise, replace it yourself; the battery can probably be found on Amazon.

    And it probably takes a guitar pick to open the phone.

    You might also need some mini screwdrivers.

    Alright. I think I'm going to calibrate or recalibrate (I'm not sure which) the battery before changing it.
