Hello.

I just installed MaxiCompte, the latest version (V 4.32). In the process, I entered my various accounts, and except for one, everything is going wonderfully. I want to clarify right away that I always back up my work, but since this was the first use, there is no previous backup.

On my most active account, I made a mistake when entering my recurring transactions: a subscription (phone to be precise) starts on 01/01/1800. This means that my forecast shows 220 years of unallocated debits, and a staggering negative balance.

I have tried just about everything to delete, in bulk, of course, (because otherwise, deleting represents 2 clicks per transaction: 5280 in total!) all these transactions.

There is, of course, the brute force solution of deleting the account and starting over. But aside from the work that requires, it's a bit frustrating because apart from that, everything is perfect.

The user manual, just like the tutorials I've watched, don't give me any indication, or I've just missed it.

If anyone has a solution or tip to get me out of this, thank you very much. Help, please!!!

Thanks. Sam.

Good evening again.

The support team for MaxiCompte replied to me and provided a procedure to follow, through a software update, which worked perfectly. A big thank you to them for bringing me back to the present!

I am not posting this update because, according to the terms of their response, it seems to be a tailor-made solution. However, their responsiveness and kindness encourage contact!

Thank you.
