Hello
I have been using the Maxicompte management software without any problems for 3 years. But today I am facing an issue that I can't resolve
here's the problem:
when I download my monthly statement in QIF format and import it into Maxicompte, it only takes 40 banking operations while I have more than 70.
If I check "test and exclude duplicates," it duplicates the same operations.
I admit I'm stuck here, can you help me?
Thanks in advance

Hello Philippe,
I am not familiar with maxicompte. Isn't this limitation due to a trial version of the software? Do you have the 70 transactions in your qif file (check by opening the file with a text editor like Notepad)?
Best regards,

the software is free
when I open it with excel I have all the operations i but not with qif

Oops, error
No, I only have 40 transactions with Excel, so I’m not downloading all the transactions and I don’t know why. -
After investigations, it is possible and even probable that the malfunction originates from the current account and not from the software.

Hello Philippe5525,
I believe you have found your problem. If your QIF file only includes 40 entries, take a look at your statement download.
At some banks, this download is limited to the last 90 days. You may be downloading an older statement.
Best regards,

Hello
No, that’s not it. The download is incomplete, and furthermore, some operations are duplicated or even triplicated.
I have forwarded the issue to my bank.
