***** Hello.

I have a problem with my Lenovo PC... It asks for the PIN code and when I type it, it no longer recognizes it. I just asked the PC to start only the software necessary for Windows. And upon restarting, it did this. The problem occurred and the PIN is not available click to set a new PIN. I click and it asks me to install the application for this task.
I cannot access the PC in safe mode because it also asks for a code and it doesn't work. Even when requesting a new code. And I cannot delete the files from the PC because I do not have a backup of the photos.
Can you help me?

Well, still haven't found a solution.... I went into the BIOS. I can reset it, but I'll lose the photos.... And that's not possible because they are not saved anywhere.

It tells me that the password is incorrect and then the PIN code is not available.

Hello,

Make sure that the Num Lock key is activated.
And type your PIN code in the left box.

Please post a screenshot if it doesn't work.

-Create a bootable USB drive for Windows 10 installation
-Boot your PC from USB or Start the Windows 10 installation media
-Starting the Windows 10 installation

    Launch your W10 key that you created.
    
    At this stage, click on --►Repair (in the lower left corner of the recovery environment)
    
    In the Troubleshoot window, click on "Advanced options".
    In the Advanced options window, click on "Command Prompt".
    
    Follow these steps to transfer data to removable media (USB key or external hard drive).
    Connect a USB key or external hard drive.
    In the command prompt window, go to File </b>(in the top left or press the Enter key)>> Open from Notepad
    This will open Notepad.
    
    Or type -►notepad or Notepad.exe
    Then press the Enter key.
    This will open Notepad.
    
    Then go to drive C
    Go to the explorer and into your image folder
    Copy/paste
    Expand on the left to find your USB key or external hard drive and copy/paste.
    Repeat the operation for your other folders or images.
    
    If you wish, you can save and print these 2 methods

I'm barging in, but when you reinstall Windows, it will ask you if you want to keep your files. You say yes and you'll find your files in windows .old.
This has happened to me before.
On the other hand, try to find the licenses for all your software other than Windows because that one is in the BIOS.

Indeed, we could do it with the created key, you did well to intrude and share your opinion.
It's shown in the Malekal tutorial whose link I have already provided.

@ Angelika, you now have 2 possible choices, but you must not make a mistake during the installation, as it is irreversible.
