Hello,

My account is temporarily disabled for no apparent reason. And when I log in, an alert message tells me that I need to enter a code sent to my number. However, since I was not receiving the code, I foolishly entered random ones. Now that I am receiving it and trying to enter it, Instagram tells me that I have entered the wrong code too many times. I can't do anything to log back in. What should I do? Thank you for your help.

There are no solutions... it's up to you to provide the "correct" information when you create an account and to update it before losing access if you change your email/phone number, etc.

If your own security settings are incorrect, nothing can be done and your account is lost.

This is actually stated in the Instagram FAQ.

Unfortunately, if you cannot access the email account with which you registered and you have not linked your Instagram account to your Facebook account, we are unable to grant you access to this account.
