Hello,
I bought an HP Deskjet 2620 printer at the beginning of the year and I connected it via Wi-Fi on the day of purchase; everything was working even from my tablets.
However, since then, I plugged it in via USB one day because it wasn't printing, and since then I can no longer connect it via Wi-Fi.

The wireless is indeed activated, but my Freebox does not recognize it via Wi-Fi.
I downloaded HP Smart but with no success.
Nothing works.
I always have "offline" on the control panel. By the way, my other printer, which is not Wi-Fi, is also showing "offline."
Who can help me? I'm lost.
Thank you.

You can disable the SNMP function on the printers.

Otherwise, you have to reset both printers to factory settings. You will then need to reconfigure your two printers on your computer.

The problem will then be resolved.
