Console audio Realtek Solved

Hello,

I am using Windows 10, I performed the latest Windows update for 20H2 KBKB4601319 and since then Realtek audio console is not working anymore. When I launch it, it runs in a loop without ever starting.

So with Revo uninstaller, I uninstalled my audio driver and all traces on my PC, I reinstalled the latest audio driver for my MSi X470 gaming plus max motherboard, but nothing works with the audio console. I searched without really finding the solution, I deleted Realtek audio console from the Microsoft store and I can't download it, I get an error every time
I cleared the cache for the Microsoft store as I saw on forums, still nothing.

I cannot download Realtek audio console from the Microsoft store, so I cannot install it, can someone help me?

Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits  Download this driver --> HDMI Audio  Right-click on the driver --> nvhda.inf_....cab Select --> 7Zip Choose --> extract to "nvhda.inf_.....\"  Go to Device Manager Right-click on the device VEN_10DE&DEV_0083... Update driver Browse my computer for driver software Choose from a list of device drivers...  Have Disk Browse Go to the unzipped driver folder --> nvhda.inf_..... Select the file --> nvhda.inf and OK. Restart.  -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------  For the other device VEN_10EC&DEV_0892, try this one --> Realtek Unzip it Run setup.exe   -- Human beings are at their best when things are at their worst.

This morning, I formatted my PC and reinstalled Windows 10 thinking I had caught something bad with Windows. The Windows Store works, except for Realtek Audio Console; it's the same driver that I installed today, Realtek Nahimic Audio 6.0.1.8619 from the MSI website for my motherboard. I even have this one, Realtek Audio N 6.0.9088.1, that I downloaded.

Usually, I install my audio driver, and Realtek Audio Console installs automatically and works, but this time, for some unknown reason, nothing works; I still get this error in the store. I don't understand?

Press Windows + R Type --> mmsys.cpl and OK.  In the Playback tab, do you have Realtek High Definition Audio (speakers) set as default? Example image:   -- The human being is at its best when things are at their worst.

Yes, I have that, but I don't have the Realtek audio console next to the start menu. If I type Realtek audio console, I should see the software, but nothing appears; it just takes me to the internet.

If I type in the search bar, if I just type (P), it shows me > control panel application

I tried, but unfortunately, it's still the same. I launched your application, it opened the Dell update package and it opened a webpage on the Microsoft site with Realtek audio

console with the get button, and when I click on get, it redirects me to the Microsoft Store and the same problem persists. The store says (you own this application) even though I don't have it; it's never done this before.

Still getting error 0x803FB005, but I don't know what this error is due to?

First of all, thank you for your help and your time.

I've tried everything, but nothing works.
- Windows normal startup mode
- Windows Defender disabled
- Clear Microsoft Store cache and reset the Store
- Powershell with the command
- sfc/scannow for corrupted files and repair
- chkdsk for disk errors

Still the same problem, download error especially since I refurbished my PC three days ago, so a clean Windows installation and issues with the Store and especially Realtek; it's the first time this has happened to me, and I can't see it anymore.

I'm getting back to you; I reformatted my PC thinking it was a Windows installation issue, but the same problem is still present. On the Store, I installed random applications to test, and there's no problem, Nahimic also works fine, but I can't download and install the Realtek audio console; it gives an error.

So the problem is related to the audio driver, clearly. I tried 2 MSI audio drivers and 1 driver from the Realtek website, but nothing works. The sound works, but it's the Realtek audio console that's problematic, so I think it's either an issue with Windows.

When I reinstalled Windows 10, right from the start, it told me an application has been reset or something like that, so I'm wondering if a Windows update might be the problem?

Thank you for your response. I tried using drivercloud, but it only finds AHCI mode. I checked all the motherboard, chipset, PCI menus, etc., but it doesn't find anything for Realtek or audio drivers.

My problem is that this is the first time it's happening to me. Otherwise, I would update the Microsoft Store from time to time and hope for a Windows update that would resolve the issue. In the previous installation of Windows 10, the Mail app worked, and now it doesn't, and the Realtek Audio Console is not responding either.

Yes, Windows is up to date > version 20H2, I posted a screenshot earlier in the thread.

I updated Windows, it only found 1 Windows Defender update and I updated the store, still the same. I can download and install any application from the store except for Realtek audio console, which gives me an error during download and won't install for some unknown reason.

My audio driver is properly installed, Realtek Audio N 6.0.9088.1, taken from the MSI website for my X470 Gaming Plus Max motherboard. But I still have the download error, error 0x803FB005, and I don't know what this error corresponds to.

Oh yes, my apologies for that mistake.  Here is the number for the High Definition Audio device, but I have the High Definition Audio device listed twice; is that normal?  Just to be safe, I’m including both. Well, nothing to do, the sound works but not the Realtek audio console. I think it's either Windows that's bugging or the store, because I can install the audio drivers, I have sound but I can't download the Realtek audio console from the store, I always get an error.  Too bad, it will stay like this, I have sound that's the main thing, just the software that doesn't want to work. Plus, with the last install, the mail app allowed me to log in with my email address and on this new Windows install I can't log in, I get an error too. Long live Winbug seriously, it's incomprehensible.  Thank you very much for your help and time to you and Seb!

But I can't uninstall it, I can't download or install it. Normally, when I install my audio driver for my Realtek audio console motherboard,  it installs automatically, I don't need to install it. The driver that > kaneagle gave me 6.0.1.8454, I installed the Realtek audio driver and I have the Realtek HD audio manager together  I didn't have to install the > Realtek HD audio manager.  It's the first time that when I install my audio driver, the Realtek audio console doesn't want to install or work and I don't know why.

No, it's not really necessary, but it doesn't explain why the software always worked and now there's no way to get it to work.  With the software and some settings, the sound is a bit better; that's mainly why I use it.
