Good evening,
I just bought a TNT receiver (strom 504 A) because the TV in my room doesn’t have built-in TNT (it's one of the first Samsung flat-screen TVs)
I’ve connected everything properly, but it can’t find any channels.
However, the antenna cable works perfectly on another TV that has built-in TNT.
Where could the problem come from? From the TV?
Thanks in advance for your help ☺️
Best regards

Hello,
"I’ve connected everything as it should be"
But what exactly did you connect to what with which cables?
Was the channel search performed from the television or the decoder?

I searched for channels both automatically and manually
Searches made on what? the TV or the decoder?

Okay, you should have the option between an antenna and a cable
if you tried the antenna, try the cable.
The search should be conducted on the digital channels.
If the search was successfully conducted on the digital channels... with the decoder's remote control and it finds nothing, there is an issue with the antenna socket in your room.
Since another television works on a different socket, for verification, transport the television and decoder to the room where the other TV works and conduct the channel search again.

The antenna socket in the room works with another TV that has built-in DTT. So I don't think it's the antenna socket that's the problem.
As for the search, how do you choose between a terrestrial or cable search?- OK... so the antenna socket in the room is not to blame...
The choice between a terrestrial antenna or cable is generally offered at the beginning of the automatic channel search.
Is your antenna an individual or collective one?
Is your cable between the wall socket and the decoder properly connected to the RF In socket of the decoder?
Does this cable work if connected to the other television? - Hello,
Sorry, we had a few little issues and I gave up on this TNT story. But I'm back.
I’m not being offered a hertzian or cable search at startup. The auto search launches automatically.
I have an individual antenna and the cable is properly connected to the IN socket of the decoder.
In fact, this same cable works on another TV that has built-in TNT.
I tried the manual search but that didn't yield anything either...
Thank you for your help ????
