I have been working alone on my Android project for over two years to see my app downloaded all over the world. For that, I had a MasterCard prepaid card, but to publish my app on the Android Market (PlayStore), I needed a debit or credit card, unlike my prepaid card, which Google Play says "Prepaid card not accepted," and I do not have access to credit/debit cards in my country. If anyone has any negative or positive suggestions, I beg you to suggest something because I want to know if I still have a chance to realize my project. And please, I am waiting for your responses.

Hello, I've been experiencing the same issue for a month now. I checked with my bank and tried making a small transaction with Google Play, and everything works perfectly...
So I think the problem comes from Google Play Console, and when I try to access it through other links, it shows me "Error 403". I'm not sure if it's related :c
