Remove headers and footers

Good evening, I would like to remove the headers and footers from my Excel 2010 document
thank you for your help.

Good evening,
File>Print>Page Setup
Then go to the "Header and Footer" tab, choose Custom Header and/or Footer

These headers and footers didn't just appear by themselves...
Someone created them!
