GeForce Experience recording issue

Hello,

I recently tried to record a video with GeForce Experience, but I can't start the recording. When I press Alt + F9, nothing happens. I tried checking my folders to see if the video was recorded, but it's not there (note that I am on Windows 7 64-bit).

Could you please help me, thanks in advance for your answers.
