I just bought a DELL Windows 11 that comes with the Local Experience Module for France pre-installed.
How can I get rid of it or UNINSTALL it?

Why do you want to uninstall this module that is integrated into the features and applications of Windows..... you cannot uninstall it but only manage it ► The uninstall option is grayed out because this module is linked to other features of Windows 11 (Time - Date - Language)

Hello, you can uninstall it with C Cleaner, on the left in gray <
You have plenty of GIGAs and way too much, maybe even more. This module doesn't bother you, it doesn't take up much space and it helps other software function properly.
Instead of deleting it, it's better to disable it.
