OK, you didn't answer whether your SFR BOX was equipped with a DVD player or not..?? Can you describe your SFR BOX... or take a photo... same for the DVD player.

-- Is it a DVD drive that mounts in PCs..?? Or a standalone player... for example.. You must understand that color is not going to help you..

Normally... A standalone DVD player connects to the TV's SCART socket, with a SCART cable... elementary.. Right..??

But there are so many potential pitfalls that it's necessary to ask for additional information to avoid them.

    Hello,

The SFR BOX should already be equipped with a DVD player...??
What model is the BOX..?? I've never seen that..

What is the brand and model of the DVD player you would like to connect to the SCART socket..??

OK, it's definitely a standalone player... But I don't see what SFR has to do with this...

So you connect the DVD player to the TV with a scart cable... it's just that simple

You put a store-bought DVD in it and press the power button.

    Hi Jeannets
thank you for replying, I was given the DVD and there’s no reference. I know I have a SCART on my TV, that’s all. The DVD I have is flat gray, I used it before I got a box. I’ll check all that tomorrow as I am 80% disabled and I need to go to bed.
    Maybe see you tomorrow
thank you very much, that’s cool
    good evening
    best regards
