Hello. Despite the advice read on this forum, and although I followed the recommended steps to the letter, it is impossible to get rid of this cursed application "BONJOUR". Everything in the "Program Files" folder has been deleted except for the following file: "mdns.NSP.dll", and of course, the application still exists in the Windows programs. The only difference is that the icon is white instead of displaying the usual yellow drawing. I have really tried everything to make this file and the application disappear, but I'm stuck now. Any help would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

See here: https://www.malekal.com/demarrer-windows10-mode-echec/#Les_methodes_pour_demarrer_Windows_10_en_mode_sans_echec

From the settings. Then you need to scroll down a bit more:
Starting Windows 10 in Safe Mode from the Recovery Options

Hello,

Do you have Ccleaner on the PC (if not, don't install it)

For the DLL, try renaming it, for example mdns.NSP.txt.
Restart the PC and delete the Bonjour folder

Good evening and thank you for this quick response. I renamed the file as indicated, but the validation of the change is systematically refused by the System. ?? Total blockage
Furthermore, yes, I have CCleaner (Pro) on my PC, but I don't see the connection?

I have CCleaner (Pro) on my PC, but I can't see the report?

Open CCleaner => Tools => Uninstall Programs => Select Bonjour then on the right => Click on Delete

This will remove the program from the list of programs since it's just the uninstall key that hasn't been deleted.

For the DLL, try doing it in safe mode

Hélas, since I got Windows 10, I haven't used "Safe Mode" at all. Please remind me how to do it, thank you.
