I confirm that there is currently a new wave of spam. I have a Free inbox that was almost spam-free and it has just been affected. I also received the email supposedly from La Poste Mobile.

It is true that Zimbra allows for quite elaborate filters, but it's difficult and success is not guaranteed. Additionally, it only works for a time, as the headers change constantly.

Another option: Use Thunderbird. After a learning period, it will recognize that it's spam and place the message in the junk folder.
But it would obviously be better to block it at the server level.

Free is not really responsible for the situation. They had an effective filter, but they were criticized because the filter was too strict. I believe it was blocking commercial messages that were not spam. So now, no more filter!
