Connection issue - Zimbra Aliceadsl mail

Hello,
I forgot my password for my aliceadsl.fr email account
which I changed a few days ago. Today I tried to log into my email, unfortunately, I forgot my new password. When I fill in the username and postal code fields and validate, I receive the message "This URL IS NOT FOUND IN THIS SERVER. This link does not work" https://console.aliceadsl.fr/emails/

Can someone help me find a solution so I can recover my aliceadsl mailbox? Thank you in advance.
