My Logicom tablet freezes on the Wi-Fi program
when I start it. I tried to do a factory reset, but it doesn't work. If anyone has the solution... thank you in advance...

Hello,
Yes, but how did you perform this factory reset...??
You need the model of the Logicom..?
After a factory reset, it no longer knows your Wi-Fi, which is normal, so you need to specify your Wi-Fi and also enter your key..
If possible, take a photo of your screen with the message, clearly visible, upload it to cjoint.com, and paste the link here.

And why do you insist on talking about your tablet... without ever mentioning the model of that Logicom... You could have mentioned it four times already... but no..??
It's a data reset on a Discovery that I did, I don't know the translation, but it doesn't ask me for a password, it fails on the Wi-Fi...

Yes, that's true. But afterwards, you need to configure it, tell it that you're French and so on... And Android sets up (Google) and then it asks for a name and password for the tablet's account... That's where the trap is...
Google identifies the tablet by its ID numbers or the IMEI number for smartphones; it already exists in its files with the name and password of the account set up three years ago, for example, and now a new individual shows up with a different name and password.... So "it has been stolen"... QED It's to do the same as Apple...!
This has been in place since Android 5 "Lollipop" and it's very complicated to get rid of... Even the CIA has asked Apple for the formula... they have never wanted to give it... and no one has found it... I'm not saying that some clever little ones don't know how to do it...??? but in any case, it's not within everyone's reach..
In short, traces of the previous owner still exist, even if they are not on the tablet.

She asks me for the desired language and goes directly to Wi-Fi, and it blocks; you cannot connect even after entering the Wi-Fi code, and on top of that, I no longer have the documentation or the invoice after a move...

It is not discovery data reset but recovery data reset
here is the documentation https://www.logicom-europe.com/fr/index.php?controller=attachment&id_attachment=1330
The wifi connection procedure is indicated on page 6
and the reset procedure on page 8
If it's just a matter of re-entering the Wifi key, it should be indicated on the side or underneath the ISP's BOX... To avoid mistakes, it’s better to check the box that shows the composed characters...
Don’t forget to activate the Wifi... otherwise, it won’t work.

Why did you mark the subject as resolved, did you find out in the end..?
Because if you're connected to Wi-Fi, that's fine on that side, you just need to connect to the WEB...
Who is your internet provider..? and which BOX do you have..?
It’s likely that simply turning off the BOX for 5 minutes (by unplugging it) and then restarting it might be enough. And wait a bit...

Yes, of course... but you are not answering the question I asked..
Generally, after a "factory reset", the tablet will ask for the username and password; and you need to enter the username and password that were used during the first setup, or those of the previous owner... Otherwise, it gets stuck indefinitely... It's good for the trash... unless you remember those usernames and passwords..
I hope this will answer your question, though it may not satisfy you...? not knowing what equipment it is.
