Logicom tablet startup failure

Hello
my Logicom Tab 950 tablet only powers on up to the Android display and stays stuck at that position. What should I do?

    Hello.

    On battery initially.

    Press and hold the "Power" button for 10 seconds.
    Plug it in and see if the problem persists.
