Hello,

The decoder freezes constantly since I bought it. I always unplug and plug it back in, but is there a solution or should I throw it away? It has never worked well (I bought it in 2016).

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug back in.
    If that doesn’t work and you can access the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
