Philips DSR3031F decoder stuck

Hello,

my HD satellite decoder Philips DSR3031F Fransat with Viaccess 6.0 card is giving me problems
when I turn it on I can only access one menu, the one that starts with language selection
and the following, but all the others, such as installation menu, etc., are no longer accessible to me.
How do I reset it? Does anyone have a solution?

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug them back in.

    Hello, I have the same problem.
    Menu stuck on installing programs / unable to navigate to other menus and therefore unable to check the LNB power supply
    I just received it... very disappointed with the quality of the decoder.

      If it's new, it's because there was an issue at startup (bathtub curve) so return it to the seller:

    Hello,

    I have the same problem with resetting the channels. It’s stuck and won't get out of there.
    What should I do? The Philips hotline is telling me to send it back, but considering the card that needs to be changed due to the Fransat racket change costing 30 euros and the repair cost, it’s better to buy another one; it will be cheaper and avoid Philips.
