Hello, On the back of the 2 CPLs, there are 2 identifications of 12 characters. Question: which one is the password? Thank you   Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 14.0.2

Yes, they are Wi-Fi. Both devices are properly paired and detected by the computer, but they require a password. According to what we read online, on the Boulanger site or elsewhere, the password is printed on the back of the devices, but there are 2 codes. My question is which one of the 2 is the password?

That's what I did without any results, so I'm thinking there might be a trick somewhere. On the back, you either find "MAC: followed by a series of 12 letters and numbers" or "S/N:HF followed by 12 digits." Does that mean anything to you?

Indeed, I didn't look closely at the casing because it also says in lowercase letters "PW followed by a code. So I will redo the connections this afternoon Thank you for clarifying this for me.

OK, that works, after a mistake: having taken an uppercase I for a lowercase l. It's full of traps this thing! Thanks again for your help.
