MSI New Dragon Center stuck on "waiting for sdk initialization"

Hello everyone

I recently got a 17-inch MSI laptop, and I have this software, Dragon Center, that opens at startup and gets stuck on the message "Waiting for SDK initialization."
I've seen that I might need to reinstall the software and the SDK, but what is the SDK???
Also, my computer is completely new; is it normal for this software not to start?
I've been using the laptop for a few days now, but the issue is still there ^^'
