My Dragon War Chock PC controller isn't working!

Hello everyone, to start I wanted to apologize because I didn't know where to place this question. So I bought a Dragon Shock from Dragon War and it doesn't work, it's powered but it's as if the keys are not recognized. If you have a solution, that would be nice, because I just bought GTA V on PC.
PS: I built the PC myself and there are no issues with the peripherals, at least that's what I thought ^^

    Hello,

    Did you install the driver before plugging it in?
    Then in the game control settings, did you specify your controller?

      In the box, there was a small CD, but it was just a driver for the vibrations; apart from that, I don't think I installed any drivers. As for the second part of your response, I don't really understand, what do you mean by game controls, how does that work?

        Well, in the game you have to choose your controller: mouse and keyboard or a gamepad.

      I have the same problem and I still can't play my games, it's normal on Garry's Mod and on all the games I've bought on Steam.
