Doro Secure 350 Phone Issues

Hello,

I have a problem with the Doro Secure 350 landline phone.
I can make calls and receive calls.
But I don't have any sound in the receiver, not even a dial tone.
I have to use the speakerphone for conversations.
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 87.0.4280.101

    Good evening,

    I tried but nothing works.
    There's no dial tone in the handset, no sound.
    The phone works because I can make and receive calls, but I have to use the speakerphone.
    I've looked but I haven't found anything... Can we just buy a handset?

    Have you checked that the connectors of the cable connecting the handset to the base are properly in place...

    The issue could also simply lie in the spiral cable
    This type of RJ9 (4P4C) cable is certainly easier to find in stores.
    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn't there...

    Yes, I checked the connections, I unplugged and replugged several times on both sides, but it didn't change anything.
    Oh yes, I didn't think about the cable, I'll try to buy a new cable.
