Hello
Issue with Thomson 4K smart TV
It started with the side banner on the left
I read your instructions to remove it, but I can no longer turn on my TV to change the home settings mode.
No action from the remote control
No button on the TV to turn it on otherwise
I'm completely stuck! Thank you for your help, it's new.

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and then plug it back in.
    And if it's under warranty => return to the seller

      Hello, you are my Savior! I was able to restart the TV and reconfigure it to home mode, so no more Bordeaux. Thank you very much, happy holidays!
