Manually disable store mode HAIER?

Hello!

I have a little problem with the TV I picked up.

The store mode pops up about every 5 minutes, no matter what I try to stop this mess, nothing works...

I also have a small issue; I don't have a remote control with the TV...

What should I do?

Here is some information about the TV

Brand: HAIER / MODEL: LET19C550H / Serial number: DH1JR 0M030 2DZCB U0821

      How to do it without a remote control? Especially when I press my side buttons, nothing happens at all...
