The display shows CANCELLED!

Hello,
The combined device screen displays CANCELLED! The antenna icon has disappeared, the phone doesn't ring anymore, and I can't find a way to remove the word CANCELLED! How can I get back to normal?

    Ok... no antenna icon, the handset has lost the radio connection with its base.
    I assume that the wired phone on the base is working normally and that only the cordless handset has issues.
    First,
    - remove the batteries from the cordless handset for a good minute and then put them back in place.
    If nothing changes,
    follow the procedure below extracted from the manual on page 31 (14 of the pdf)

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it’s not there...
