Alcatel f530 duo display Cancel

Hello,
Please, I need help. I bought an Alcatel f530 duo landline phone. During installation, both handsets display Cancel.
When I press the menu, it asks me for the PIN; I entered 0000, it says Please wait, and then after a while, it shows Failure.
Do you have any solutions to suggest, please?

    Remove the batteries from the handsets, completely unplug the base...
    wait a minute
    Turn the base back on and reconnect the telephone cable.
    Finally, put the batteries back in the handsets (pay attention to the polarities)

    The "normal" solution... is the seller... you go back to him with your phone so he can explain it to you, that's part of the deal.

    Normally, he should have at least provided you with an instruction manual that you need to follow step by step, the solution is there.
