Combined phone brand canceled

Hello,

I am having a problem with my landline phone; it shows "canceled" on the handset, making it impossible to receive or make calls. Has anyone ever encountered this issue, and how can it be resolved?

    Does this phone not have a brand name or model name?

      If it's a Thomson, the model name is: TH-500DBK

      Did you unplug the power base for 15 minutes and remove the battery?
