Hello, I have a problem with my PC. When I turned it on this morning, it got stuck on the MSI logo and then started an infinite automatic repair attempt. I have tried all the keys for debugging, but nothing worked. I have made several attempts to open the diagnostic mode, which did not succeed; it won't open. And now it's launching an automatic repair preparation and then crashing to a blue screen. Then it repeats this infinitely.
Can you help me?

    Hello
Reinstall Windows 10 (without formatting to recover personal data):
The principle is to create a USB installation drive for Windows 10 and boot the PC
with it to reinstall Windows without formatting in order to keep the data.
Since the computer is crashed, you need to create the USB drive from another functional computer.
You can see this video tutorial:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MOyomBuCD_0
To create the USB drive, you need a USB drive of at least 8 GB.
If the drive doesn’t work, try to recreate the USB using the software "Rufus"
    Download it here
    restart "Media Creation Tool"
In "choose the media to use"
    Select "ISO file"
The Windows 10 ISO file will be downloaded to your hard drive
Follow the next tutorial to create the bootable USB drive with "Rufus" here
Once the USB drive is ready, restart the PC from the USB drive
The Windows 10 installer should then start:
    Choose custom (not upgrade)
During the partition phase, select the main partition and click next.

The installer will inform you that Windows is already present and suggest moving it.

    Follow the Windows installation procedure
    Just don’t format.
Your user data will be copied to the Windows.old folder.
You can then recover bookmarks, passwords from internet browsers, etc.

I can't go beyond Automatic Repair Preparation. I don't have any other computers to make a USB flash drive, and I don't think putting the USB flash drive into the computer will work because the computer is buggy.
