Sound issues with Huawei P30

Hello, the sound on my Huawei P30 smartphone suddenly stopped working. Let me explain: everything was working fine until recently, but I installed several applications, and since then my sound hasn't worked, no matter the volume level or even when my Bluetooth earbuds are connected. When I try to use my microphone, it indicates that it is being used elsewhere, but I can't figure out where. I have already uninstalled all the applications, but nothing has changed; there's still no sound. If you could help me, that would be very nice, thank you :')
PS: however, the notification and call sounds still work.
