Greetings
I have a hacked 3DS with NitroHax (debug version, with the little squares when launching the game), and I want to cheat on the Inazuma Eleven 1 and 2 games.
I select my cheats and then press start, but the game does not launch. However, I have tried with other games and it works.
My question is why my game does not launch; is it due to the game, the XML file, or NitroHax?

Hello,
Article 323-1 of the Penal Code punishes "the act of accessing or remaining fraudulently in all or part of an automated processing system." The penalty is 2 years' imprisonment and a €30,000 fine. This can be increased to 3 years' imprisonment and a €45,000 fine if it results in "either the deletion or modification of data contained in the system, or an alteration of the functioning of this system."
Article L335-3-1 of the Intellectual Property Code punishes unauthorized modifications of software with a €3,750 fine, as well as "the act of deliberately infringing, for purposes other than research, on a technical measure to alter the protection of a work by decoding, decrypting, or any other personal intervention intended to bypass, neutralize or remove a protection or control mechanism."
Article L.335-2. Any publication of writings, musical compositions, designs, paintings, or any other printed or engraved production in whole or in part, in disregard of the laws and regulations relating to authors' rights, is considered counterfeiting; and any counterfeiting is an offense.
Counterfeiting in France of works published in France or abroad is punishable by three years' imprisonment and a €300,000 fine.
Those involved in the sale, export, and import of counterfeit works will be punished with the same penalties.
