Hello
I had an iPhone 6, and I had a bug where the keyboard would always be stuck in uppercase. Obviously, I could still write in lowercase, but it was very unattractive and frustrating. This September, I switched to an iPhone 11, and just now, I quickly switched the keyboard language to write something in uppercase, only to realize that upon returning to the French keyboard, my keyboard got stuck in uppercase.
I'm so unlucky, with a brand new iPhone, too!
I really don't want to change phones again, and until now, I have never found a solution. Could someone help me?

Hi
to answer your question, go to accessibility in keyboard and activate lowercase letters and that's it. -
Hello,
The keys do not return to lowercase when you press the Shift key? Open Settings and go to General > Keyboard. Disable Caps Lock and check the keyboard again. If the problem is resolved, you can reactivate the setting.
