IPhone Keyboard Letters During Conversation

Hello,
My Canal + subscriber number starts with an M followed by numbers.
How do I access Canal + services by phone? I don’t know how to write the letters on the phone keyboard.

    Hello,
    Go to Settings, then General, Keyboard, and check Accented Azerty or plain Azerty.
    And you should have below a one-handed keyboard option, indicating left or right.
